## Track record

Twenty years advising private equity firms, venture capital funds, institutional research groups, and some of the world's most iconic global brands. The through-line across those two decades is not a sector but a problem: how organisations decide when the record is incomplete and the cost of being wrong is carried by someone who was not in the room.

## The practice

Managing Director of Red Label, a strategic intelligence practice running open-source intelligence and decision support for institutional clients. Red Label is deliberately small, takes a limited number of engagements, and writes for the person making the decision rather than for the file. ## The methodology

Principal author of the Vektora analytical methodology, set out in The Shape of Outcomes and implemented as a platform at Vektora. The argument is that a single dominant model filters evidence faster than the evidence can challenge it, and the fix is structural rather than a matter of trying harder.
