Red Label is a strategic intelligence practice grounded in open-source intelligence and AI-augmented analysis. I have spent 25 years advising private equity firms, venture capital funds, institutional research groups, and global brands, across consumer, luxury, lifestyle, entertainment, and institutional research.

## Background

Before Red Label I built and sold companies. The method behind the current work is set out in two books and implemented as software at [Vektora](https://vektora.md). I advised through the expert networks GLG, Guidepoint, and Coleman Research between 2013 and 2023.

## Vektora

[Vektora](https://vektora.md) is a scenario assessment platform. It runs a question through twelve analytical lenses and Monte Carlo simulation to produce competing scenarios, decision points, and dated predictions that are scored against what happens.
