Privacy notice
What this site processes, and what it does not.
Last updated 2026-08-22.
Controller
Red Label is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Inquiries about this notice, and requests to exercise any of the rights set out below, go through redlabel.ltd. No email address is published on this domain, so that is the route to use.
What this site collects
Nothing directly. aarontrubic.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels, loads no third-party fonts or scripts, and carries no forms, no login, and no comment facility. There is nothing on this domain that asks you for personal data, and no client-side code that could collect it. You can confirm this by reading the page source, which is served as-is with no JavaScript.
What the hosting provider processes
The site is served by Vercel, which acts as a processor. As with any web server, delivering a page necessarily involves handling your IP address, the requested URL, the time of the request, and headers your browser sends such as user agent and language. Vercel processes this to serve the site, to keep it available, and to protect it against abuse. DNS for this domain is operated by Cloudflare, which resolves queries but does not proxy the traffic itself. Both act under their own published terms; see the Vercel privacy policy and the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Lawful basis
Where that server-side processing involves personal data, it is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation. The interest is operating a website securely and reliably. The processing is limited to what serving a request requires, it produces no profile of you, and it is not used to make decisions about you. Because no cookies or similar technologies are set, no consent is sought and none is required.
Retention
This site keeps no logs of its own. Server and platform logs are retained by the hosting provider under its own retention schedule rather than one set here, and are not exported, enriched, or combined with other sources by Red Label. No mailing list, customer record, or analytics profile is built from your visit.
International transfers
The providers named above operate globally, so serving a request may involve processing outside your own jurisdiction. Those transfers are governed by the safeguards each provider maintains, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Details are in the provider policies linked above.
Your rights
Under the UK and EU GDPR you have the right of access to your personal data, and rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection, including the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. In practice this site holds nothing to retrieve or delete, so a request will usually be answered by directing you to the hosting provider, who holds any server logs.
- To make a request, use redlabel.ltd.
- If you are unhappy with the response, you may complain to your supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU it is the authority for your member state.
Outbound links
This site links to third parties including Amazon, LinkedIn, X, Goodreads, Vektora, and Red Label. Following a link takes you to a service governed by its own privacy notice, over which this site has no control and for which it accepts no responsibility. No data about you is passed to those services by aarontrubic.com when the page loads; a request reaches them only if you choose to follow a link.
Changes
Any change to this notice will be published on this page with a revised date above. Material changes to what is processed, or to the basis for processing it, will be described rather than made silently.
